Checking the image with the bottle (ISO 6400), I can tell that D4 can do much better than the D700/D3. But I can't really tell if we consider the 3 years of time for the potential improvements. OTOH, apart from the sensor, the AF and metering seems to be just with that respect.
I never used the D3s, but looking forward to check images side by side... Oh I mean D3s vs. D4s <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />...
By the way, the new 85mm seems to have a decent bokeh but suffers from color fringes... And I suspect there exist some color fringes which are not caused by the lens itself (the last image, highlights around shutter release button)... But I'm not the expert <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />...
