Looks like normal bokeh fringing around a overexposed hotspot to me. The shutter is slightly behind the focal plane, so the green color "fits".
Really looking forward to test this one, I guess it will stay in my bag after the review <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
