I guess as long as they're rounded the effect on bokeh (especially highlights) should not be something to worry about. We may expect bokeh in general to be a little less smooth than on the AF-S 85/1.4, but on the other hand the AF-S 50/1.8 has surprisingly smooth bokeh, too...
