I work fairly close to them and have 3 experiences with them.
Bought G3 body - no problems, but only 1.5 months old.
Tried to buy 14mm unboxed, but they were reluctant to split up a GF3 kit. On the other hand they let me order that online, although they don't offer pick-up.
I have the 45mm macro on the way from them. I ordered it between Christmas and new year. They didn't have any in the shop at the time, but it is now with Parcelforce.
They have a lot of different CSCs in the shop, but not so many exotic lenses. I quite like the shop so far and would much prefer them to chains like Jessop's.
