Path and fence were crying out for some good shots... (so I walked back next day WITH the camera..! <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Smile' />)

Taken from the top of the steps, hanging out as far as I could with my legs wrapped round the step railings...

No tripod there, then..! <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='Wink' />

Fairly dull light, raw image is quite flat, taken as far as my current LR skills will allow... (and trying out LR4): adjusted tone curve / contrast, B&W mix, clarity and sharpening, plus some local exposure adjustment over the sea.

What do you think..?

Original is here, plus a cropped copy (which I liked at first but now think it maybe doesn't work so well)

Warm regards,

Ian
