Based on the limited information so far, the 14-24 also gives you more of the following than the Zeiss:
- distortion
- chromatic aberrations
- weight
- flare
I'm a big believer in "good enough", and I'm sure the 14-24 and other 14mm-ish primes are "good enough" for most. But so far it is looking like the Zeiss is the best all round 15mm-ish full frame lens on any system.
