Which kit lens; which would you recommend:
14-54 mk2 ($600); panny micro 14-45 ($200); oly kit 14-42 ($100); 12-50 ($300)

Also which would you recommend between panny (micro 45-200 @$200) or oly micro 40-150 @ $200 ?

Difficult questions as I only had one of each class you're asking.
I had the 14-42 mkI and it was poor on every aspect and got extremely happy with the 14-45. Never tried newer Oly 14-42. Can't tell you much yet with the 12-50 but it's an interesting one really. Quite well thought out & built it seems. And the 12mm is something I have wished for a long time. If it's not TOO bad, I guess it'll be a nice stop gap before the 12-35 lens.
I never really liked my 45-200 and found it was very tricky to get sharp pictures, most of the time it seems due to its IS that I found quite slow to stabilize. Might be a different story now that I'll use it with IBIS on & OIS off. Also, a firmware update is said to improve AF & OIS. I'll definitely have a new trial session with the 45-200.
With that new IBIS, I guess I'd go the 40-150 path, seems a better lens overall.
As for FT lenses, I'd never consider any as size&weight is, for me, a priority.Besides, I can't be bothered with limited AF performances & adapters. (except perhaps for the 50 macro as it looks like no MFT version is coming soon).
