The E-M5 certainly improved on some features associated with "action photography" and has been advertised as a can-do-all kind of camera. I was merely assessing how much it actually improved. I can't see what's the problem with this approach.
As for the 45-200, you're absolutely right but on the other hand, name me another m43 lens that is better suited.
