The Canon EF-S 60mm f2.8 USM macro doe snot have the nicest of back ground bokeh... To me, that makes it a little less desirable.
I would go for the Tamron 60mm f2 Di II macro (do not know if it has a big enough image circle for APS-H) which has the most lovely background bokeh quality, or the Sigma 70mm f2.8 macro.
