From what I remember I did had the cpl in front of it. I tried without it and to tell the truth I don't see it the effect so strong but I still see it a green color.
Anyway, thank you all for showing interest and help me with my problem.
I guess I will keep the model and invest in some good lenses as right now I am with the kit 18-55 f/3.5-5.6. I have seen this video

where the guy uses the a55 which is similar to mine except the gps and some megapixel more. So I guess I can achieve such results in a light source without ghosting/flaring but of course with the appropriate lens.
