The upper left portion is nervous for example ( if we are very critical here ).
However, in this shot you used a rather pronounced distance spread between the model and the very close and very far surroundings.This emphasizes the blur so the shortcomings of the original bokeh are hidden.
You have to distinguish between 'just blur' and the bokeh.
