Some - majority. I did more testing today and watched the histogram slide left as i increased the shutter (this is aperture priority so i am adjusting the aperture to change shutter speed). Olympus tech support said it had to be shutter failure based on the test images I sent him; so I have to send the body in. Not sure how he determined it from the exif data; he also said that shutter speed [email protected] (iso 2000) had to be way off because he was getting lower values on his camera but (a) that is very close to sunny 16; and (<img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/cool.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='B)' /> some of the images with similar settings were fine.

Anyways he said he was very knowledgeable and above tier 1; but his comment (as noted above) made me think this is going to turn out very sad. None the less I have no choice but to send the camera in.

I'm always nervous when having a electronic instrument (like a digital camera) fixed that the fixing will make it worse so I hope they give me a new camera but suspect they will not.
