Hello Serkan, what a wonderful trip! I envy you! As far as cameras and lenses are concerned, I would take my D700, a 20 f2.8 and the 24-120f4, which is just a wonderful travel lens. Sharp and fast, because the VR lets you shoot at low light with reasonable speed. It is great for portraits, even at 120 and landscapes at the wide and long end. Instead of a Fuji X10 I would buy a Nikon V1 with an adaptor as a backup camera and with the 10mm lens for difficult people conditions. Remember it uses the same software as the D700. Alternatively, I would bring along a D300 or D300s body as backup. However the video of the V1 is much better. As lens backup, I would bring an old 85 f1.8d. It is really light and would cover the long end should the zoom let you down. This not too heavy for a real photo trip; about 3 kg in total.

Some questions: are ou bringing a tripod or a grip? You will need extra batteries anyways and a grip assures you of at least 1500 shots without a recharge. You must be bringing a flash??!! Depends on your style I guess.
