It is just a little text some guy typed up.
Now, two things are silly (at least 2 things) with this little "rumor".
One, the E-mount does not leave much room for a FF-sensor:
Especially is that FF sensor has to have SSS.
The other problem is that E-mount lenses are APS-C size. A-mount lenses which are FF size have a big register distance, so one has to make the camera bigger with an adapter to use them.
Not a very likely rumor.
