Nah, none of the manuals that come with cameras are very clear at all, unless you already know how to use the camera <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':blink:' />.
BTW, you should try a 1D 3 manual for a laugh....
