I could agree with this statement. But... "standard users" didn't need 24 Mp as well, or AF-S, or exotic lenses, and there they are anyway. Not to talk about ergonomic and UI: so far any EVF camera is simply too small and light to have a good handling.. at least for my big hands <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':angry:' />
My pojnt is: market segments are diversifying for sure, but I see none disappearing in the future.
