Serkan, I had a trip to Vietnam in late april (2005 I think) and it was awesome <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='
' />/>/>/> So I envy you a bit.. and at the time I had a Canon 350D with 17-40 f4 and 70-200 f4 lenses.. worked well indeed and I didn't feel like I need some diferent lenses at all..
These days however, with my D800 I would take a 14-24 2.8, a 50 or 35mm 1.4 and a 70-200VR.
This is why : the D800 really likes good glass, the outcome with my sample of N 16-35f4 was subpar (so I sold it), while the 14-28 is excelent resolution-wise and not so troblesome as to the reflections/ghosts as it would seem; the f 1.4 50mm or 35mm would be for night photography in the cities or.. just in case <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='

I'd take 2-3 spare batteries, comes handy in case there's no chance to charge after a busy day, and a decent backpack with watertight zippers if you get cought in a proper rain out there.. As for a second body, hmm, I'd take a simple Nikon D5100 or D3200 so I can use the glass I'm carrying... If it had to be small, the Sigma 35mm 1.4 and Nikkors 50 or 85 f1.8 would be great - all the old Nikkor designs (20-28mm) don't really shine with the D800.
