cameraquest.com states that this lens has fully electronic coupling. On the other hand, it has an aperture ring. I am wondering if this ring will really work, e.g., in aperture priority or manual mode.

The last time Panasonic/Leica introduced lenses with aperture ring for four-thirds, this was usable on only one camera (the DMC-L1).



The set including this lens, the E-PL1, and the VF-2 looks really interesting.
