Hi,
I guess everybody are bit disappointed, including me :/. People were waiting for a real normal fast prime ,and got f2,4. Even Samsung managed to create small and light f2.0 normal prime. Plastic bayonet? One stop slower than Nikon 35mm 1,8 with HSM for the same price? Penatax was famous for it's primes, but now something happened. They had FA 35mm, so was it difficult to upgrade it? I still hope that with K-5 they will announce * level prime. At least one <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />. Generally it shouldn't be a bad lens - small and light normal prime with SMC coatings, fast enough for daylight, good for streets and travels, but expectations where much higher <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/blink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> .
Regards,
A.
