To-day, I read Photozone's wonderful comment on Nikkor AF 28-70mm f/3.5-4.5D. Thank you very much for that one!
Unfortunately, it was only tested on a DX camera. The major critique was that the field-of-view was rather unattracive for a DX lense. But since FX cameras have become more and more affordable, the (discontinued) lens becomes more and more attractive again as well, especially as it made a very promising performance already in the first test.
I would be so much interested in how it performs on border and edge sharpness and bokeh. Would Photozone be in any way interested in testing this lens again on an FX camera?
