There's a "classic and modern" car show about 10 minutes walk from my house starting in about an hour. While I like watching Top Gear I think that's about the limit of my interest in cars, but debating bringing the cameras along for a look. Then realising I know nothing about car photography. Chances are it'll be too busy with people for clear whole car shots, so I might have to focus more on details? I'm just guessing here... maybe a polariser would help too? Given the current weather, light is rather diffuse anyway.
Thinking of taking the 7D2 with 15-85 as main, backup 5D2 and Sigma 50A, and a macro in the bag. Ticket includes access to gardens and to be honest I'll probably find bug hunting there more interesting...
