I tried my friend's A7RII today for about an hour with three lenses (FE 35/1.4ZA, FE 55/1.8ZA, FE 90/2.8G).
The viewfinder is larger than A7R. AF is much faster and without hunting, kinda feels like the AF of an SLR. Shutter is much quieter in normal mode or electronic first curtain mode, and of course silent in full electronic mode. The shutter button is much better located now.
The only downside is that the body kinda feels "cheap": the battery door, the usb door, the wheels, and even the hinge of the screen all feel very flimsy, very odd for such an expensive camera, especially since these parts were fine in the A7R.
