I have not yet upgraded but as others mentioned the key benefits:
better user interface (esp surface pro 3 users)
new browser (maybe more secure)
and dx12 for us gamers (this actually appear to have a lot of benefits over dx11 with regards to efficiency; at least that is what I am seeing with preliminary benchmarks)

Also as others notice the default for privacy is zip; you have to configure a gazillion things if you care (there is a long list at various websites with lots of complaints with regards to default settings); there has also been a lot of reports of issues with graphics drivers such as locked vsync (supposedly will be fixed in sp1).
