Hi Everybody
Maybe it´s a stupid question but... why it´s so obvious for most "pro" DSLR´s to be painted black? Not everybody is a papparazzi who must take care NOT to be seen (white is shiny!)-in other situations the sensor warming by solar radiation can still be an issue ...what about a white painted camera? Any suggestions?

Painting cameras black goes back a long time. It is to keep reflections from the camera onto the subject down. Alternative finish was matt chrome. Again matt to keep reflections down. Chrome doesn't scratch so easily as black paint.
