You will need to get one of two adapters:
The official Canon adapter is renowned for being very good but very rare and thus quite expensive (it has optical elements so lands in the latter category above).

You will need to get one of two adapters:
- one which has no optics but you lose infinity focus
- or the other that has optics but acts as a small extender which will slow the lens down, change the effective focal length and degrade image quality somewhat.
