Eletronic Aperture was THE new feature of the PC-E lenses (that's where the "-E" part comes from). So far, these are the only Nikon lenses with this feature.

I was under the impression that the older PC 85 was also electronic aperture because I didn't see the usual internal aperture leaver. Wow... so until recently, Nikon users had to use full manual aperture on t/s lenses. Ugh! <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

I do not get why you would think a tilt shift lens would be nice with images stabilization... TS lenses are about the most tripod wanting lenses I can think of. Even with macro use...

For macro you'd need a tripod but why else would you need one? t/s is not all about shooting buildings and architecture you know?
