As long as people are buying such ridiculous staff there will be someone manufacturing it, if Meyer optics didn't have at least financial success you wouldn't see competitors.

It's like Microsoft releasing a new version of their msdos and selling it outrageously expensive as vintage software while of course putting it on floppy drives to keep the vintage product spirit
