So you read the hope for avoiding "generalization" as brand worshipping? I read it as "being more picky when it comes to make general statements". I would post the same message even if other brand names were included in that part of GTW' s message.
This is an open forum and of course people can express their feelings/thoughts and write marginal statements. And of course some other people can find these types of statements as "generalization" (which most probably leads to speculation). I am on the side which believes that, written statements better include facts and not some speculative ideas / assumptions. It's hard to do this (and sometimes I cannot curb my enthusiasm as well), but I think that other members of this community do have the right to step in.
