Yes, it's crazy. I've seen just a handful of photos in which that kind of bokeh works, and they are not portraits, but landscapes where the bokeh pattern is repeating a similar structure in the foreground. It would be nice to have a lens for those rare cases (actually, as said above, Helios lenses do that), but I wouldn't spend such a great amount of money...
