I'm afraid, X-T3 ticks most of that boxes. For 1600.- if you don't mind getting a cheaper body and the halfway tilt-swivel LCD. Jordan is in looooove with it. + in camera film profiles for quick footage, native (sort of affordable) movie lenses and a modern USB 3.1 connector to export the footage, triple batteries, face detection while recording... Fuji has done a good job in adding rather modern features.
The halfway LCD movement implementation is a minus point, the AF seems to be pretty good for video purposes too.
Even if it does not beat everything the EOS R offers exactly, it does offer a big plus: less rolling shutter jello. Nice to see that Fuji is making big steps.
