For many, including myself, most of APS-C offerings are poor on the lens side, to put it mildly. Exception is of course Fuji as they are the only one that is developing a “proper” APS-C system.
Check Canon 17-55f2.8 IS or Canon 60mmf2.8 macro, maybe they have less dedicated APS-C lenses than Fuji, but you can easily use full frame lenses.
If you have both and full frame, and you own télé lenses APS-C will give you sometimes some very handy extra reach, without forgetting it is using the sweet spot of the lens that Translates some very decent image quality.
