Hello Toni,
I know you were looking for a good RAW converter for your Canon gear.
Until now, none of the best free RAW converters (Darktable and Rawtherapee) supported Canon's CR3 file format.
However, since the release of Darktable 3.8 about a week ago, this is a thing of the past :-)
