It could be more interesting to compare the light sensitive rods and cones on retina vs. photodiodes on a sensor... Of course, + the conversion of light into an image. I think here again the human eye is a marvel: the rods are sensitive to monochrome & low light, and the cones to color and fine detail. It's like having two sensors with different ISO base and color reproduction in one camera!
