FWIW, this is an "accidental" shot that I made .... at ISO 102.400 - processed with Photolab 6:

The image itself is crappy - I never really intended to use these mad settings. It's not good but still ... ISO 102.400 ...

This one here is more realistic - taken at ISO 3200 and heavily post-processed (pulled shadows, dampened highlights):
