Which would make no sense whatsoever from the marketing point of view. At the moment the only gap in the Nikon line-up is an affordable high-res FF (something like 5D II), and I guess Nikon is going to plug it pretty quickly.
And if it comes with D3X's 24mp sensor, I'll probably buy it right away.
