Well, not that the Contax was my dream lens in any way... If I had one, that had to have been the Sigma 85mm f/1.4 (the original one): I was eyeing it for years, but never quite had the chance to buy it, and when I did get a fast 85mm, it was the Tamron instead. 
So no happy ending on this one either (although I'm completely happy about the Tamron 85mm f/1.8, which was one of the select lenses that didn't get done in by the 5DSR sensor in the testing here at PZ, which is saying something...)
