All of a sudden, the back monitor stops working with the live view. If I bring up the menu, it works. If I force the back monitor excluding the EVF, nothing changes (so it's not a hw problem with the eye sensor). If I reset factory settings, everything is fine. At this point I can load my personal settings that I had previously saved. It happened me twice; the last yesterday (obviously when I needed the back monitor for flowers), but this time after restoring my settings it stops working again fnf

That sounds frustrating! It's nice that resetting and restoring settings temporarily resolves the issue, but it appears that something in your saved settings is causing the problem. Perhaps try loading a minimum or default profile first to see if the problem persists, then gradually reintroduce your customized preferences. I hope it gets fixed soon!
