It basically is not really better than my budget Canon EF 35mm f2. Its bokeh is not nicer, its CA is a lot heavier, and it vignets more wide open. It is just a lot better built, but also a lot more expensive, and my 35mm f2 does AF. Maybe contrast wide in certain situations the Zeiss may have an advantage.
