What the GH2 has over the E5 is that it offers 3:2 format, something I do want from a DSLR... I just can not find the 4:3 format visually attractive.
Further, 4/3rds is not for everyone, because of the relatively limited shallow DOF possibilities.
A shame the two Olympus lenses do not focus any faster for you.. at least the more bulky E5 will add IS to the Oly-lens mix.
