Hello again. <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
My new camera and lens arrived. I'm now going over the manual and learning.
For those of you who might be familiar with the Canon 24-70mm f/2.8 L lens - I have a question. When turning the zoom ring (either direction) at area between its widest point (24mm) and the 28mm point - the rotation suddenly becomes a bit tougher, requiring slightly more force to twist the ring. Also there is a small squeaking noise at this area only. Is this normal? Has anyone experienced something like this? <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
