More seriously: the desktop solution that comes closest to Serkan's vision is probably Wacom's Cintiq. Unfortunately it isn't available in really large sizes (21" maximum).
Back to the future of desktops: some notebooks certainly can be used as desktop replacements, but the biggest issue these products are facing is screen estate. Anyone used to work on a 27" or 30" display hardly wants to go back to a smaller screen.
Of course, you can add such a screen to a powerful notebook, too.
