Why don't you use this link I gave, you can put in different distances, different apertures, and you see what happens to the face:

Also,

Finally, minimal focal lengths of lenses are found on the manufactorers web sites.
But anyway, to frame a face completely, it is at least 10x bigger than the sensor, that is a magnification for which you don't really need macro.
