That is still worth it over digital IMHO.

Don't worry Obican I get it I really do!..... a very enjoyable and creative pastime, it's a shame we can't see your actual prints, that's what it's all about after all!  It's actually a long time since I've seen a large silver halide quality print, they are something quite special!

Oh, as to the urinal metering, I can only assume you are on the bag!

Don't worry too much they are making tremendous medical progress....get yourself on the short list....at least that's my advice!   Tongue

The other week I dropped by to a local and very good quality print house. They had a few prints on display, made by a very skilled master printer. Simply out of this world. However, they also had quite impressive digital prints as well. Will hopefully drop by again to have a few of mine printed as well.

I believe the reason why we don't really see such impressive prints is that printers, just as digital cameras, have become too widespread and everyone is simply going after the cheapest route. A good workflow, with a good printer and good paper is capable of producing breathtaking results but not many people really take all the effort.

In the meantime, I can hear a Nikon FM3a begging for some Kodak Tri-X. Could that be yours? Big Grin
