Interesting: Sigma just updated firmware for some primes from 14/1.8 to 135/1.8 (2019-07-18). It says:
So, even if it's only a tube full of air behind the normal lens, Sigma develops firmware for the mirrorless cameras. At least for the ones that matter - who buys Nikon anyway...?
