The Sony and the Sigma Sport look pretty similar in terms of resolution from those charts .... but that is where the Sport's glory ends ....
The Sport is heavier and poorly balanced at 600mm with it's huge 105mm front element hanging way out in front there .... and zooming is a "fairly stiff multi hand turn movements event" with a big change in COG  which makes it front heavy and awkward to use.
...... by comparison, zooming on the Sony is a "one light fingered affair" that only takes a quarter of a turn of the zoom ring .......... and with no barrel extension ......... nice! ...

Sony owners had very little choice for a super tele-zoom then all of a sudden they have the best one out there ....

....... hopefully Sigma and Tamron will follow suite with internal zooming!
