A7r has significant shutter shock. For MF lenses, IBIS is great!

I'm pretty happy with what Nikon Z6 gives to Manual Focus lenses shooters - nice EVF, image stabilization, great sensor, great ergonomics... The only downside - EVF lag and FPS drop on magnified image.

Fringer adapters are also nice in case you have AF lenses, but they probably work just as well with MF.

Overall, Z6 offers the most rounded experience when it comes to size, image quality, EVF, and ergonomics. I was pretty skeptical before getting one myself. Had some issues with the first unit, got a replacement which now works well enough for me.
