Are the MFT results obtained with distortion corrected or uncorrected image data?

From the corrected one. I've checked the uncorrected ones in the center but there was no significant difference.

I found the resolution data pretty confusing although - such a difference to 20mm f1.7!
Could you please comment on the findings of the lenstip.com:

The center results for 14mm f2.5 seem to be not that much worse then for 20mm f1.7
