Looks very decent.
I have been looking for this lens (and the 55-210) for weeks now. Hopefully Sony will finally supply Europe soon. The 55-210 has been available in the US for months already.

In reference to the subtitle of this thread - yes, indeed, the bokeh looks great, esp. considering that this is large aperture, image stabilized lens. Very nice.

Here there's a comparison with the Zeiss 50mm f/2 Planar T* ZM ($781.00 at B&H)
http://www.ronscheffler.com/techtalk/?p=98 Bokeh with the sony it's much better, don't you think?

This is the last link <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> , It remind me stf bokeh... I think that it's near perfect... I haven't seen a 50mm with this kind of bokeh.. maybe my 135 f1,8 doesn't have... <img src='http://forum.photozone.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
