I've noticed alot of very similar topics turning up on other forums and image sharing sites as well.  There's often a brief period of activity when the number of posts spike (new lens, new camera body, new product line) and then things settle.  Perhaps there's just too many forums now and they're feeding off each other as far as members are concerned?

As for myself, I certainly enjoy reading lens reviews and people's general comments about this or that manufacturer but rarely post unless I have some specific information/advice to give.

Go to New Content page:

http://forum.photozone.de/index.php?app=...app=forums

Then on the left-side choose "By Time Period" and then change from "Past 24 hours" to "Past week" (or longer).

Maybe you should switch to another frequency - instead of once a month, maybe twice a month checking for new posts? Things do look different on the rush side of life
