Science is fundamental, but it can't go beyond the limits that are intrinsic to its method: in fact it can only explain cause-effect relationships. Metaphysics still exist.

Metaphysics is more like a zombie. ;-) For people who cannot stand contradiction.

We've had enough other "discussions" getting closed. Please don't make this one go the same way, and just stick to topic.

Like the colors and scenery however I feel there's an empty space at the bottom, I guess cropping to 4:3 format while removing the lower part could help ?

I wanted the empty space to give it a feel of being alone.

Hmmm yes and no.

I would have totally agreed if it were a black and white photo

however the lively colors especially light reflections of the water shining in the other side  don't really go with loneliness, besides he is wearing sports shoes with some shiny green.

If I were to decide, either I convert to black and white or I Keep the colors and crop, in both cases you have very neat picture

Toni-A, while you're trying to give good advice: Did you check your own picture? It's just because to me it doesn't look sharp and I don't know if you downsized it in PS with maybe the wrong parameters or the forum software doesn't like it so much?
